In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Studio DR Ltd. based in Wisła (43-460), at Malinka 65D/2 street;
  2. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact via email at iod@studiodr.pl or by sending correspondence to the Data Controller’s address with the note „DPO”;
  3. Your personal data will be processed to provide you with information about our offers, activities, and projects, i.e., to pursue the legitimate interests of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation);
  4. The recipient of your personal data may be DEOlink Association – the owner of Studio DR company, as well as other entities providing hosting services, and entities and authorities to which the Controller is obliged to provide personal data based on universally applicable laws;
  5. Due to the tools used by the Controller for database management, your personal data may be processed in a third country within the meaning of Regulation 2016/679.   6. Your personal data will be processed until you object to the processing of data for this purpose;
  7. You have the following rights:
    • the right to access your personal data in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR;
    • the right to rectify your personal data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
    • the right to request the Controller to limit the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, subject to the exceptions specified in Article 18(2) of the GDPR;
    • the right to object to the processing of data, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection – if you believe that the data is processed in a manner inconsistent with the law;
  8. Due to the fact that the legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you cannot exercise:
    • the right to erase personal data, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR;
    • the right to data portability, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR;
    • the right to withdraw consent at any time;
  9. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose of processing;
  10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.
