Courses
All Courses
This section displays a list of all available courses, along with their type and status. The Superadmin has several options for managing courses:
• Access the Course Administrator Menu – Click on a course name to navigate to the Course Administrator Panel.
• Preview Course – Open the course in preview mode to review its content.
• Manage Administrators – Add or remove Course Administrators and Course Coordinators.
• To add a new administrator, enter the email address of an existing platform user.
• If an active Student or Coach is promoted to a Course Administrator or Coordinator, their previous role will be revoked.
• Export Course – Export the course’s content, structure, and settings as an XML file.
• This file can serve as a template for creating a new course.
• Note: The XML file does not include images. If importing the course onto the same platform, images will display correctly. However, when importing to a different platform (a different domain), images must be manually transferred.
• Archive Course – Move a course to the archived courses list and disable student access.
• Archived courses are no longer active but remain visible under “Started Courses” with a “Disabled” label (if they haven’t expired).
• Courses can be reactivated from the “Archived Courses” menu, provided they have not expired.
Creating a Course
Only the Superadmin can create new courses by filling out the Create Course form. However, the Superadmin does not handle:
• Building the course structure
• Adding content
• Configuring course settings
• Managing users
These responsibilities belong to the Course Administrator and Course Coordinator.
When a course is first created, its status is set to “Draft”, meaning it is not yet published. This allows time for preparation before launch.
Required Information for Course Creation
• Course Name – Enter the name of the course.
• Course Type – Select the type of course (this setting cannot be changed later):
• Standard → Fully flexible course structure.
• 123 Courses → The course is split into days, each containing three steps: Watch, Apply, Share.
• Communication → A course without content, used solely for communication between students and coaches.
• Social Interaction Type – Choose the default social interaction settings (can be modified later by the Course Administrator).
• Import Course from File (Optional) – Upload a JSON file (previously generated via the Export Course function) to pre-load course content and settings.
• Note: JSON files do not include images. If importing onto the same platform, images will display correctly. However, when importing to a different platform (a different domain), images must be added manually.
Course Administration
Course administration—such as content creation, user management, and settings configuration—is managed through the Course Administration Panel.
