Each course can have a Passport — a measurement/surveying tool for outputs, outcomes, and impact. The actual data displayed in the passport is defined per course in Course administration -> Passport section but the available survey questions are defined globally in the Superadmin panel.
Superadmins define available survey questions. Course Admins then create surveys from those.
