Coaches

Settings related to Coaches and Senior Coaches:

• Activity Flags – Show on “My Courses”

• Flag Timing – From course start (default) or after coach assignment

• Yellow Flag Delay – Default: 2 days

• Red Flag Delay – Default: 4 days

• Hide Last Name – Display shortened names for students

• Vacation Mode – Allow coaches to schedule time off

• Enable Senior Coach Role – Assign in Course Administration

• Access Permissions – To active/archived groups

• Extra Resources – Link in “My Courses” (Coach tab)
