Coach settings page allows configuration of various system parameters related to coaches.

| Allow Coaches to reset their flags | Allows coaches to reset a flag in case no other response is needed in a conversation |
| Allow coaches to change max number of participants in group | Allows coaches to reduce or increase the number of students in a course group they are assigned to |
| Allow Senior Coaches, Coordinators and Administrators to reset the flags of the Coaches | Allows flags reset by administrator-level users |
| Start counting flags time after coach assignment | Decide if the system should start counting inactivity days from the date the student enrolled in the course or from the date the coach was assigned to the group. |
| Number of days to raise the yellow flag | Yellow flag is raised when a student waits more than X days for coach response |
| Number of days to raise the red flag | Red flag is raised when a student waits more than X days for coach response |
| Hide coach last name | Allows showing or hiding the coach’s last name (John Smith → John S.) |
| Enable coach vacation option | Allows coaches to specify vacation dates, during which they will be marked with a “suitcase” icon. |
| Enable Senior Coaches | Enable “Senior Coach” role functionality, which creates an additional level of hierarchy in the coach structure. Senior Coaches are assigned to selected Coaches and can view Coach conversations with students (but cannot interact with students).

| Enable prettified welcome message | Enabling this option allows you to set an automatic message that will be sent in the individual conversation panel („My Student”) when a coach is assigned to a group. |
| Treat predefined welcome message as a sufficient welcome from a coach | If checked, the system will not display a „Say hello” label to the coach for students that were welcomed by the predefined welcome message. |
