Passport Fields
Each course can have a Passport — a measurement tool for outputs, outcomes, and impact.
Data sources:
• Course Analytics – Outputs
• Outcome Survey – Outcomes
• Impact Survey(s) – Impact
Superadmins define available survey questions. Course Admins then create surveys from those.
Outcome Survey Fields:
• Label, Question, Description
• Question Type: Yes/No, Multiple choice, Text
Impact Survey Fields:
• Same fields, plus:
• Alternative Question – Displays instead if tied Outcome question has an answer
• Days to Release – Delay in days after course completion
