Capabilities:
• Define Global and Course-specific consents
• Pseudonymize email addresses (Superadmin-only access)
• Add Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Add cookie-consented custom code
User profile features:
• Access, edit, or print personal data
• Review or revoke consents
• Delete account and personal data
Admin Options:
• Hide email addresses from Course Admins/Coordinators
• Display privacy checkbox on contact form
• Customize consent display (statements vs checkboxes)
• Show required consents at login
Cookies
To comply with EU law:
• GrowPoint uses essential and optional cookies
• Also supports third-party services like Facebook and YouTube
• You can manage cookie-related custom code and show cookie notices
Settings:
• Enable Cookie Management – Show cookie consent message
• Cookie Policy URL – Link to your policy
User Consents
Manage all global and course consents.
Global Consents:
• Mark as required
• Show on registration or login
• Edit or archive (history is preserved)
Course Consents:
• Displayed during enrollment
• Configured in Course → Settings → User Fields
