Below is an explanation of the Student Path, from Registration to Course Closure.

Detailed Steps

Registration

A one-time event where a user provides an email address and password, agreeing to the terms of service. This step is required to enroll in a course.

Email Confirmation (Optional)

confirmation email containing a link to verify the user’s account is sent. If this step is skipped, the student can still log in, but GrowPoint will not send email notifications until the email address is verified.

Course Enrollment

To join a course, a user must enroll. From this point, they become a Student in the course. If it’s the first course the user is taking, enrollment is seamlessly included in the registration process.

Matching with Coach/Group (If required)

For courses requiring pre-start matching, the Course Coordinator must assign the Student to a Coach or Group. While waiting, students see a Welcome Page prepared by the Course Administrator, containing relevant course information. If the Quick Start option is enabled in the course settings, students can start immediately, with Coach assignment happening later. Automatic matching is available and will be explained in the Settings section of this documentation.

Course Start

The moment a Student joins a Course Group, the course becomes accessible. If matching is not required, the course starts immediately after Enrollment.

Course Completion

A course is marked as Completed when a student opens the last slide (this is the default setting but can be modified in the course configuration).

Course Closure

Both 1-2-3 Courses and Standard Courses have a set expiration time defined by the Course Administrator. After a predefined number of days from the Course StartCourse Groups automatically close. Once closed, the course is no longer accessible to any user role. Reopening a closed course is not possible. All course messages remain stored in the archive.

Course Messages Archive

Each Student and Coach has access to an archived version of their past courses. The archive includes all messages exchanged within the Course Group but does not contain the course content.
