Accessing Engagement Outcomes

Engagement outcomes can be found in SuperAdmin → Analytics → Engagement Outcomes.

The dashboard provides a quick overview of the number of meaningful events that have occurred on the platform.

Filtering Options

You can filter outcomes by:

Specific Course

Specific Outcome

Group Status – Active or Closed

Interaction Status – Courses with or without interactions

Date Range for Engagement Outcomes

Only with Comments – Show only outcomes that include comments

Group Closure Date Range

Latest outcomes filters

At the bottom right, you can view the latest engagement outcomes.

Download deleted engagement outcomes

Adjust the number of items per page

Item per page settup block

• Save the engagement outcome list as a CSV file

Export to CSV button placement
